Artifact : "Discarded Torch" - Where to find it ?

Hello !

My question is pretty simple... Where the hell can I fish "Discarded Torch" ?
This Artifact is contained in "One Man's Junk" and in "Discarded Weapons".

I've been fishing in deep waters at Gloamwood and found 6/7 of "Discarded Weapons" collection but not this "Discarded Torch".

My question is, does anybody of you know where you fished this one ? Which area and shallow/deep water ?

This would be very usefull !

I fished this up from one of the sunken boats, at the pond right around the gloamwood pines (porticullum).

I've fished it up around four times now. Definitely from deep water and I think shallow water too. The discarded weapon set took me quite some time to complete, but just keep trying and you'll fish it up eventually.
