Kill Baron Krevic

I was curious, is it required to finish the Stillmoor storyline and defeat like Baron Krevic, to be able to advance to the Storm Leigon quests for the new Crucia update to come out soon? The reason I'm asking is because I cannot find anybody to help defeat Baron Krevic, and since the quest to defeat him is a story quest, I can't move farther forward in Stillmoor quests. If anyone knows if its required to finish the Stillmoor story line to be able to start the new update quests once they come around please reply, because I'm trying to get my rogue finished before the big Expansion

Not required for anything, all Stillmoor quests can be unlocked without doing it. All it unlocks is a daily version of itself. Regardless if you ask in 50 chat I'm sure you can get people to help you with it, it's a rather simple fight (even easier with a guild)

You have ~6 months to get it done whether you need it or not, just for your own satisfaction. (if you wanted it complete prior to SL)

Ask in 50 chat enough times you'll find a group, or people will be so tired of seeing you ask they will do it just so you stop asking. =P
