Heard this can now drop from any Raid Rift. I know this to be false, but heard claims it dropped from an EI t2 RR... anyone heard or seen it drop anywhere but Hunger of the Deeps?

That's awfully flawed logic, considering I didn't ask where it dropped, I know where it drops, I asked if anyone had heard of it dropping anywhere else to get the desired response of "It doesn't drop anywhere else".
