As someone else suggested in another thread, we need a couple of servers that are "No PvP at all" (or at least "No PvP Outside of Warfronts.")
Just have the NPCs of the opposing faction be immune to player attack and ignore you if you enter their territory.
After all, it's logical really: we have PvP servers where you're always flagged for PvP.
PvE servers where you can only flag for PvP either deliberately or through accident.
Why not have a couple of No-PvP servers where NO PVP exists outside of Warfronts?
Well it is a pvp server, thats how it goes! Think about it, makes things even more tight when you have 2 sides to fight![]()
