Unworking the Ritual [Water Cult Saga] quest is currently bugged

Very frustrating, i have not been doing the water saga for ages, now the raiding has stopped for the holidays, i find the one quest i want to do is bugged by of all things, the holidays!

Any idea when this is getting fixed? Tried doing the expert rift in IPP to no avail

This has apparently been fixed. Will be confirming shortly. /crosses fingers and toes

Confirmed 12/30/2011 - Working with all air rifts.
Downed a Fae Yule rift and dropped first attempt.

I've just been trying to complete my Cult Saga, and I'm on this stage now and I'm not having any luck in finding the "Air Sourcestone".

I'm L60 and I've tried the following:
1) Mentored down to appropriate level and done major / minor rifts in all areas of pre-SL, this includes IPP, Stillmoor and Ember Isle.
2) Repeated the same for Storm Legion areas.

I've been doing this for the last few days and I've had no luck.

Question: Is this Cult Saga chain still running and/or working ?

Thanks for reporting this issue. I located the bug and squashed it. It will be fixed in the next patch or so. The patch note will read:

Players greater than level 50 can now complete the Water Saga quest "Unworking the Ritual"

Yea! I have 5 alts that have to go thru this chain who are all above lvl 50

After the Patch 2.2 (today) this quest is working again.
