With the news that every rift can be spawned in any zone, Ive been eager to end the last rift I need to close out all defender achievements. Does anyone know what type of rift Night Terrors is? I have got conflicting opinions on both death and life. Also, not sure if spawning a major tear needs to be done in order to get it. Any help is appreciated!
