Guild Quests

I've seen other forum posts about this, but I don't see any with an answer.
We did the 3 quests in Sanctum 2 weeks ago, I haven't seen any other guild quests pop up anywhere else, and there are no new ones in sanctum. Is the only way to level a guild by doing the crafting turn ins?

The guild quests in the hall are weeklies. Larger guilds can get them done in a few hours, but they will reset again next week. Not sure why you haven't seen any in a while, but I believe they reset today so you may want to check.

The crafting guild quests are for individual people to gain experience and help the guild at the same time while also removing some resources from the economy and giving gatherers something to do. They are weekly as well.

I have not been given the weekly quest in a few weeks. I guess I need to petition it

The weekly gathering quest can only be picked up if your guild is level 10 or below.
