Quest Achievement: Playing the Field in Stonefield

Hey Gang,

To my knowledge I have completed every quest in Stonefield, including both item drops and quest givers, and yet my achievement reads 84/87 quests completed. I contacted a GM to determine whether there was a glitch, and the response suggested I "keep looking." I've already spent several hours between yesterday and today combing the area, and still can't find anything. Have any of you also had this problem, or gotten this achievement; or have you found something that I've somehow overlooked?

try climbling that leaning scaffold at the entrance to Deep Strike Mines.

There is a hammer at the top which is gives a quest. that is the one i was missing for a while, it doesnt mark as being a quest though, just the sparkles of being an interactable object.
