GUardian side epic quest starter...

Here is my problem. I am level 31 and I want to start the Guardian side epic story line. I checked various forums and walk through already, but I can not get the Epic quest starting NPC to give me the quest. It is suggested that I need to finish all of the story line quests for Silverwood as a prerequisite. As far as I can tell I have done so. I have completed 102 of 109 quests in the achievement line. I can not find those missing 7 quests anywhere. I have run all over the zone numerous times. I can not get Cardinal Fiach to give me "The Meaning of Danger" quest to get things rolling.... Anyone give me some ideas? I have killed Keenogeeon or what ever it was spelled..lol man I am at a loss

Try this and see if it helps:

If you have checked all over Silverwood and Sanctum and see no low-level quests for you (and you've made sure that your mini-map shows the low-level quests ) then you need to check to see if you missed any of the spirit guide quests. Those will NOT show on any map unless that shrine has been activated and the spirit guide (deer) has been summoned. You have to go to each shrine and check. I suggest going backwards - it's easier. ;)

The last one is on the rise north of Sanctum Watch at the tip of the cliff (5). The second-to-last one is in Treant's Grove/Wayward Thicket just north of the southern road (Overwatch Road) (4). Then look in the Mirror of Ages (3). The next is behind Marsh House - to the east (2). The first isn't a shrine, but where you save the deer from being sacrificed in the marsh (and you would have seen the quest markers for that one if you skipped it) (1).

This quest line is not bugged. It just requires that you complete all of the story quests to do it.

Just a note - once you start the quest line, you cannot progress past a certain point ("The Green Lady" quest) if you haven't done the story quests inside the dungeon Realm of the Fae.

I will check the Sanctum watch one.... Also I read the Cowl of Twyl or what ever it is from Shyla for RotF may also be a requiste.. I have not finished it yet.. No one low level groups on my server..ROFL
