AAAA! Help me! Quest: Hook and Crook

I have this quest from Lantern hook where I have to find clues and a final item. I've found 3 of clues and now im stuck. So I have the " Weaponsmith's spare bellows " but I cant find the " Chewed up dog toy " or what ever the next clue is.

Can anyone help meee? you can get the Q outside of Lantern hook from the ancient wardstone at 7535,6385

The dog toy is with Vile somebody... in the main room in lantern hook, there's a ramp to his room. It's the tallest ramp in the room.

However, if anyone knows where Ethian Tome of Arguments is it would be greatly appreciated.

i found Vill Dester and his dog but no sign of the dog toy.

no sign of it, went here first and then spent an hour looking elsewhere.

Presume it is hidden somehow to view.

Does anyone know where to find the Dragonian Medicin Pipe? I am stuck on the clue after getting the artificer hammer. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Nope, just the first clue (paper at the wardstone) and the second clue (the artificer hammer) 3rd clue that is on the hammer says to find the Dragonian Medicine pipe, and I am having no luck with it. Run around the entire inside camp. I am playing on a laptop, low graphics, so thinking I may be having a ahrd time seeing items, so locations would be a nice boost of help. =)
