Add-on for marking a friendly target? (whether leader or not)

My brother and I are dual rogues and it's often hard to see where each other is in PvP. Does anybody know of addon that might work so we can mark each other and make it easier to see?

I have tried KBM Mark but you need to have leader/assistant rights to mark, which is often not the case in PvP.

So it is possible to do it with leader permissions but not without? Seems odd that it works that way.

It might upset the warfront leader a bit when you replace his carefully marked enemy healer with your brother

Marks are global to the whole raid, they need to be managed carefully for kill orders, sheeping targets, etc.
