[Addon] Storage Viewer

So I decided to hack together a tool for viewing and manipulating the server-side Storage.
Find the addon at Curseforge and RiftUI (currently both waiting for approval)

This is a development tool so if you are no Addon developer this is probably of no interest to you.
One can find detailed description on how to use it on the respective download pages.

Highlights:

• View all stored identifiers for "player" and "guild"
• Usage readinds and size computations
• Load/delete/upload storage elements
• Compress/uncompress the data as needed
• Control the read/write permission values

There may be some bugs here and there so please tell me if you find any.
Same for feature requests etc, you know where to find me.

Added /sv as alternate slash command in a little update.

Updated StorageViewer to 1.0 and made sure it works on live.
The error messages in case of failed callbacks aren't very descriptive becausse.. well.. there are no error messages passed to the callbacks from Rift.
