something to keep track of xp per min/hour or just a session you set yourself. Something similar to simple meter's setup would be amazing.

would make testing xp grinding areas more efficient.

I just looked at Inspect.Unit.Detail, and experience points, planar experience or levels, and noteriety are not yet available as of the current PTS 1.8 build. We can get maximum and current planar charges, but not which of the six trees points are spent, and not where the points are spent either. Zorba also will not pre-announce any changes (unless they are obvious bug fixes), additions, or subtractions due to several factors, mostly because API changes can, and will, change behind the scenes between the time he says "hey, this is coming" and "hey, this is out."

We can hope for those, but that's all at this time.
