    Description of what was happening when the error occured: Tried opening up the app like normal, didn't load anything, so I retried, said connection lost. Things I have tried to fix it would be: Reboot phone, Reinstall, restart connection, wait. Worked fine yesterday.

    In game with a toon since update.

    /bug Mobile users not showing up on roster or friendslist (even with mobile checked in roster)

    Mobile users only show up on a mobile device (in my case IPAD WIFI)

    Description of what was happening when the error occured: Lootables stays on loading endlessly and does not advance, after selecting a scratch card and pressing the Play button. It consumes 1 of the 6 credits and a timer does start counting down for that to recharge, but the playable scratch card never comes up, just the loading loop animation.

    Description: The "Zone Events" notifications do not work. I have set the slider to "Enabled" and updated the "Notification Duration". At the moment, it says "Until 11/3/12, 12 AM". I also checked "Settings | Notifications | RIFT Mobile" and the slider is "ON".

    Description: Cannot log into Rift mobile today. Successfully logged in up until last night. Upon hitting login button I receive a message that says, "Failed to Connect to Server! Please verify you have network access and try again." I do have network access.
