Are you looking for an elite gulid without an elitist attitude? Do you want to join a guild that is proud to have members that encourage and respect one another? Do you long for a guild whose experienced leaders focus on building one-on-one relationships with it's members instead of being just another warm body on a raid roster?

Halcyon is a a refreshing alternative for those seeking an environment rich with comraderie and friendship without sacrificing progression. We have a sincere desire to share new and exciting experiences with mature peers who demand a commitment to excellence in both person and play ... both from themsleves and from others!
Our promise to you:
1.) You will not see us spamming recruitment messages in game channels.
Simply put, we want to get to know our potential members before we invite them into our home. We want YOU to want to join US!
If you want to get to know us, you can /join Halcyon in game and run a few dungeons or warfronts with us to see if we are a fit for you, as our leadership goal is to serve our members and provide a lasting home for our online family in Telara.
2.) We will not inflate our roster.
As we pride ourselves in our ability to foster an environment that edifies our members through friendship and teamwork, each member is a valued individual within our community and not simply a warm body filling a raid slot. We mainly wish to expand our numbers to have enough to run 20 man raids, with a few additional members with limited playtime as alternates. This allows Halcyon to not have attendance requirements and also allows our members with limited playtime to experience all Rift has to offer.
We have no desire to become the largest guild on the server. Instead, we wish to find the same success in Rift as we have in other games: A small group of friends celebrating exellence.
3.) You will matter.
Halcyon will not give you a long list of things you need to do in order to be raid ready and promptly wish you the best with the LFG system. This is a collective journey! We will gladly join you for any dungeon runs you may need and/or host any necessary rift events that will enable you to contribute to our team. More importantly, we'll have fun doing it.
Gaming is a hobby -- not a chore or a job -- and we welcome you to join a CST PVE/PVP guild that is hardcore with a casual attitude; we love this hobby as much as you do!
Progression Disclosure: Our Rift chapter, created in Beta, has a small core of active players who are currently farming T2s, expert rifts and warfronts. We have plans to begin raids as soon as we get the numbers so now, at the dawn of something great, is the perfect time to join!
