Praetorian Guards is a 6yr old MMO guild that has recently shifted from WoW to Rift. As such we are seeking active mature players looking to progress through the current content on a 2 Night/week schedule (may change).
GSB - Shard first Duke (w/ First Gen and Boss)
Raid Schedule (subject to change):
Tue/Thu (Invite 7pm-11pm CST, 8-12 EST, 6-10 MST, 5-9 PST)
Please note we start on time each week and you are expected to be ready, first pull 30min after invite. Currently we are working through 20m GSB, with off nights dedicated to 10man Raid Rifts or t2 farming
We have a very solid drama free leadership team. Part of what makes us successful is having a team of players support and leads the guild vs. burning out one Guild leader that does everything.
We have a different leader for each of the following tasks, raid, DKP admin, Recruiting, Application Manager, Tank Manager, Healer Manager, and DPS manager to name a few.
We have a very friendly diverse group of players, with players from both NA and Oceanic playing with us. Many of our members are adult professionals, have families, careers etc. I would say our average raider age is 25-35 but we have players from 13yrs-55+ years old. Our forums are very active and players discuss anything from game mechanics, to new books they are reading, to tech advice on building a new PC. We currently have over 115,000 posts in our guild forums.
We have two primary ranks in our guild Social and Raider. Social members are often friends/family/spouses/casual players that know players on our raid team. Due to the friendly environment we have profanity and disrespectful behavior is not allowed. Social members can not attend DKP raids. Our raider rank is for skilled players working as a team to progress through content. We are very serious about progressing quickly and effectively while keeping a friendly fun environment.
Please pop by our website @ www.praetorian-guards.com and sign up on our forums (still changing a lot over to be more Rift focused).
Feel free to Contact myself (Ragebringer), Epsi, Glart or Narc for more info.
