Elrar squashed the flying mount theory, but it sounds like its either a hovering mount or a taxi to one of the new zones.

Another thing I noticed. From 1:38 to 1:40 of the same video you see 4 characters. The Mage in front is Obviously the Harbinger, but is that a Dwarf in Full Plate that disappears into stealth?
