Back after , well 1 month after launch

And I am on Faeblight, but there's really something weird

Playing a 3 day trial to see if I am back, and enjoying it

But here's 2 weird things;

1- Says that I have 7 characters on this server, I can only see 6.. No list going down or up, just 6 characters.

2- I cannot create any other characters, the CREATE button is greyed out

I'm not sure how you can have 7 characters - but I understand why it would say you have 6 and cannot create more... That's the current creation cap per shard.

Does it say 7 on the shard choice list? That's very strange.

Are they characters you remember building? Did you build them all on Faeblight?

Only thing I can think of is, if its a character you really want to play, but don't see it, contact customer service. If you want to make a new one, and can afford to let one of your old ones go, then that'd be the way to go.

Welcome back. My only guess is that you had characters on other shards that were a forced transfer when the others became trial shards only (?) Just a guess. Definitely contact customer service to regain access to the other character.
