WHY AM I JUST HEARING ABOUT THIS SITE!!

I was googling Dwarf information, trying to discover if dwarves of Telara have the same love of drink that dwarves in traditional mythology have - and I came across this site.

I wanted to pulg it because I'm sure it could become a very helpful resource for every member of the RP community, and those who love lore.

PS - Their lore on Dwarves isn't done..... so do Telaran Dwarves like drink? Do they speak in an accent like other dwarvs?

I thought dwarves spoke like Yoda. All the voiced lines sound that way... and yet their text lines sound nothing like it. *shrug*

The Facebook page is new but the forums attached to the site where shut down due to inactivity.

You're just hearing about it because I never pushed it super hard. XD I've tried to keep it up to date with lore info and upcoming features being added for roleplayers, but life has been nuts and some of it has gone undone. I'd love someone to write up a dwarven lore faq for the site, I'm only just starting to explore Guardian quests and such, so I'm a bit rusty.

Thanks for the plug! And yeah, our forums were like three active people and three lurkers. Easier to just talk over here, now that there's just the one server.

are you talking about the rift RP forums that had the official lore QA? I didn't realize their readership died off. I still visit that site to read the older threads.

I don't know much about Dwarven culture in rift.. but I am paying particular attention. If I can work something up, I'll email you.

Nah, the Inn site was a forum when it first went up, it was after riftrp had pretty much died but while there were still several rp servers to choose from. We (I think it was Taaltos, Ishkhaara, and myself who initially brainstormed the whole thing) figured folks might want a Faeblight exclusive place to do things like forum rp and event planning, and it worked for a little while, until the servers merged into one. From that point, having a third forum for one server seemed pointless, and I ended up taking the lore and rp discussion threads and making them into articles and such and turning the site into what it is now. Ta-da~

There are so many in game books that add little bits of insight into the lore, it's a lot to piece together! I can start writing up what I know and you can email me anything you've got to add to it. I'll see what I can get up there this weekend in my spare time.

Wow.. so soon. *Smiles* I dont' think I can contribute so soon. at the moment the extent of what I know is from the website and from walking around sanctum. (learning about bahralt etc)
