He is right the raiding community here is pretty much tapped out, we are recruiting off the hub forums to get our raiders.
We have a little alliance with Unrelenting Resources to tap there characters when we are short spots. This server has many people who are very attached to the guilds they are in and very little guild hopping seems to occur. (i like that about this place). It is far easier to tap an entire guild for 2 to 3 spots than it is for us to find resources.
We keep a door open for all.

We didn't send a tell to a single person, ever.
We don't poach.
We get tells, we field them. We check the guild history, we check the gear, we bring them on a raid and see how they do.
Sounds like some of your people wanted to leave. I won't confirm nor deny that because this isn't about your guild and mine.
Faeblight raiders aren't loyal, Faeblight raiders aren't good enough to raid as evidence by the server being one of the largest populations with the least amount of progression at this point.

Not to hate on this server or anything ( Cause i enjoy pvping on this server) but some big raiding guilds have seen that the population/raiding progressing on this server has went to the wayside and eventually jumped ship ( I.E xfered or just quit the game in gerneral), so if you came here to try to get more raiders then your either going to have to steal them from guilds or start from the bottom. That being said....GOOD LUCK.

Want to um... talk to hissant about trying to poach Tristian? Because he talked to me in vent. He told me to talk to an officer if I wanted to leave AV. In the end, I couldn't ever leave AV. The people there are too awesome.
For every guild of 20 there is at least 2 people good enough that for some reason don't see that guild is being the guild for them. They are good players but they might have a personality conflict, not think they are good enough, raid at a different time, any number of things.Not to hate on this server or anything ( Cause i enjoy pvping on this server
We want those people. The free agents that are good and just need the chance to shine.
We draft rookies. If some players are coming up on end of contracts with other guilds we won't discriminate.

FoH took a nicer tone when they moved to Faeblight. I see they are finally dropping the act and just getting to stealing more shard firsts. Suineg, you say FoH doesn't care about shard firsts, which is what you guys said when you moved to Faeblight, but your actions tell a different story.
To the residents of Deepwood I am sorry to inform you but your guilds shard progression (the real shard progression firsts), just went out the window.

He knew I was in a raiding guild, he shouldn't have said anything in the first place. If I wanted to leave, I would sent an officer a tell.
You don't need an officer to be on to try and poach people.
Hmm I guess there is no other way.
Edit: Wait, ebay a toon, spend a day watching boss fights, xfer to said server, get in said guild. I knew there was another way.

You seem surprised by this. You do realize Faeblight is a ROLEPLAYING server right? You should realize that most RP servers in any game tend to have less progression since a large portion of the player base is immersed in the lore and not trying to beat the game. We have excellent raiders on Faeblight and you would know that if you guys did not act like you did. Just because we care more about enjoying our time playing does not make us "not good enough to raid". A lot of people came to Faeblight to get away from communities like the one you promote.
Elyssius we need to talk, I want a contract now. Stipulation is that Del must wear pants in raid.
