Infinite node foragers - why no action from GM?

I have already reported and got on fraps 2 infinite node botters, Zealot and Curtizana, in shimmersand. I made petition to GM 1,5 days ago. Why GM does not take any action? I hope these exploiters and economy ruiners get banned or at least ripped off their money and stuff. I also gave GM youtube links for proof.

And more important, why isn't the node closed?

Trion doesn't seem to care if you 'sploit or not, no matter the consequences. Or at least they don't bother with reprecussions, so it doesn't really matter if you abuse it or not, you're likely to gain from it at the very least.

When it comes to potential gold farming bots, they don't investigate and then ban. They will usually try to find a connection and eventially a ring leader or main account which the gold is being fed too. So when you report someone, you could be helping an investigation into a ring of gold farmers. This way they can take a large amount at once.

Seems Trion went on Holydays and left the server with a lot of spammers.

Received more then 10 whispers from different gold sellers. Reported and still receiving more and more.
Same in public chat channel, they are spamming every few minutes from different accounts.

They usually write the following words, a thing which could be easily detected and banned:
selling money
selling platinum
cheap plat
cheap platinum
selling gold
powerlevel
powerlvl
best prices for your char
cash
....
any combination of the above should be banned in public chat channel.
