Have we grown so idle in our slumber that we now believe mere words alone shall slay defiants and planars in our stead? No longer. No longer shall we stand alike idle fools with gazes locked upon a crumbling word. Here and now we reveal our bleeds, we grit our teeth, we cast our fears aside and together we shall march to see the end of these wretched heretics and these foul beasts at our own hands!"


Salutations everybody! This post shall contain two introductions, one for Shade: a RP/PvE oriented Guild and one for Delirium, a cross-guild community alliance which has pulled together its RPers in order to form a high-standard, troll-free environment for active, well spoken and well written RPers.


A) Shade: RP/PvE-oriented Guild searching for active, mature and friendly RPers which comprehend the proper rules of RP and can combine error-less grammar and puncutation with a sturdy vocabulary and a firm grasp over the english language as to immerse themselves in the world of Rift. As an IC goal we operate as a front against the evergrowing Defiant and Planar threat, thus are scouting for individuals which have set their characters on a course to either become heroic warriors or blood-thirsty mercenaries. We do not care for your motive or your reasoning behind your motives to fight the aforementioned, as long as you fight them!

Amongst others, we are a community of over 20 RPers of various levels aiming at exploaring the high-end PvE content the game has to offer whilst also comprehending that there are those which have lives, pestering girl-friends and jobs outside the game itself. Some of us come from a raiding background from other MMORPGs and we are determined to place our knowledge to good use and make a name for ourselves here.

B) Delirium: Delirium is a cross-guild alliance and RP community operating on a private channel on the Guardian side aimed to make available RP much easier to reach. In total, we count slightly above 50 active members ranging over all levels and play-time-tables. The community's IC goal is more or less the same as Shade's, with the slight difference that some members choose to combat one and not both threats (as, for some unknown-reason to me, some of you folk like Defiants ICly!).


Both entities are ICly lead by me, each entity having a numbe of officers (in regards to the community itself, each guild leader bringing his guild aboard Delirium becomes an officer representing and speaking on behalf of his guild. For the community itself, I act more along the lines of a judge, rather than a leader.)


Both Shade and Delirium is searching to expand its boundries and we are now actively looking for new members.
