Who is our GM?

Title basically says it all, i been on argent since firesand died which was ages ago and even though i launch a decent amount of tickets i have never actually seen the GM or even know their name...mostly i would like to say thank you to him/her as unlike the firesand GM you dont give generic responses you actually solve things, and are very nice about it. so really want to know who it is to give recognition.

I don't think we have one "specific". I got answers to tickets from at least 4 or 5 different Gm's

I don't think GMs deal with specific servers, indeed. Most likely they have one pool of GMs for the whole region, and any of them can answer tickets from any of the servers. They probably have their own special client software, and don't even have to log on to the server to be able to talk to you on it.
