    Tooltip for Spiritual Scrutiny still says reduces cast time of Bolt of Judgment and Bolt of Retribution by 1.5s when it only reduces Bolt of Judgment by 1.5s,

    Didn't really play much on the PTS to find new offsouls that might better the changes but BOJ had 9k non-crits for me and 14k+ crits in the 11W/4Def (no Rage stacks) spec. Only thing to test now is if it's worth it to stay 11W for Tidal Surge or if other passives from DPS souls will benefit the changes more.

    So basically if I read this right I've been parsing since 2.2 testing started hoping and waiting for decent buff's to rogue's DPS, and changes to Tact healing. Here it is set #3 and we are still fartin around with tiny little changes like 200 dmg on poison's and crap that are a very small percentage of our DPS. Meanwhile 3 other calling's all have 1 or more specs over 15K easily. There isn't a single rogue spec that can pull anywhere close to 15K. Even tempest build's are beating our top melee spec's.

    If 15K is going to be the median for all dps to be at then there is still a lot of work to be done on rogue's to get them there. I just don't want the rogue's to be in the same spot they where in at the end of GSB starting ROS. Right now that's exactly going to be the direction we go. Only way to get into a raid is to be bard for buff's.

    Mechanic changes are more important than numerical ones. If numbers dont work you changes numbers, if mechanics dont work you have to rebuild entire rotations and specs.

    2.2 is still weeks away, settle petal.

    I would say, or hope, that given the flow of tuning for specs we wont be rdy for live until around patch 7 or so.. perhaps as much as a month out.

    I'm fine with this. I got really tired of Atrius's up and down on Live, right on raid day. There are lots of people on PTS right now working the numbers, with a set standard too, so there is lots of accurate data to review.

    I hope so Mirimon, However rogue history has shown that we start out raiding fine and shortly after t1's are being cleared rogue's go down to the absolute lowest possible damage and tanking. But I am trying to remain hopeful that they just haven't gotten to the rogue's yet. Hope's are dwindling day by day though

    Yeah same old spec as usual with 4 Defile 11 Ward. And Tidal Surge was still boosting the dmg by 50%...didn't see anything different about "Gifts" in any trees...not sure what everyone's talking about.

    Ive testing new Hotfix #3 1/25/13.

    -Still nothing there what looking like an Healer.

    Hey looks realy good what it come out with it. I know few Peopels witch nothing can do with Eles or Warlock and they wil become an Present with the new rotations, then the old one isnt playable in Encounters. But there is a lot to do.

    Problems:
    1. Synergie doesnt give anything. With Synergie=11.5kDpS and without Synergie=11.0kDpS (like Test conditions). I miss 4kDpS!
    2. after 3-4min we are dangerous low Mana (with Cost reduce it can be ok)
    3. Pleas Give Fulminate and Inferno cast out of GLC. Many use it in Macros at Top and that always laggy the rotation when they are on cd. Macros are DpS Killer, but this kills ure Rotation.
    4. Salve Hit like an litle Candle in an Tornado *piffb
    5. Improvet Flame Bolt doesnt buff the Warri Abilitys. Meli i agree but pls let us oure (Pyro/Lock)
