And yes this is a necessary change for pve. I guess they still work on these notes, otherwise Warriors will break the DPS Meters.

my god , do you even pvp ?
all those changes are driven my PvE and disconnects.... damage increased all over the board for spec/classes that really don't need it pvp.
since i know you don't care or read players feedback on the pts , let me say this : you suck (hard) !

Not if you're questing with someone else (like, you significant other or a friend...) the reduced xp you get from mobs is enough that you'll have to grind IAs since your eyes bleed to have a chance to somewhat get by. (also of note: I used to love IAs, leveled my mage solely through them... but they're so nerfed right now that no one does them in the new zones. Yeah, have fun doing IAs with two other people...) Also, carnage quests are *a lot* and story quests in some zones are pathetically few... so I get it, you have to grind mobs. Which was fine some years ago, but silly me got the impression mmos were moving away from mindless grinds in certain areas. I don't mind grinding for rep, or grinding pvp ranks... after all most people wouldn't play if not for the carrot dangling in front of them; but seriously, why making the journey to 60 so frustrating?
I'm subbed till 2014 (got a yearly sub, + the SL yearly deal on top of that; yeah, everything purchased before I saw how SL was going to be), so you can see I was perfectly happy with how the game was before... it just got a lot less fun after the expansion, and I guess that makes me a bit frustrated :P Really, what's wrong in having crafting quests help a little in racking in some more xp?

It was a reference to a Cabalist ability spreading Tyranny when it was in ST mode.
I'm rather disappointed in dropping the crafting quest exp. The rewards are small enough already compared to the number of materials we need to run through these. Farming in this expansion has taken on new proportions. The extra XP at least made me feel like I was getting something out of them for all my time spent getting materials.

They've been balancing PvE and PvP separately for a while now, not sure how anyone missed that. The smart way to do it is exactly how they are doing it, balance for PvE and apply PvP only buffs/nerfs as needed. Throttle back a little there bucko, it's going to be okay.
