New Title for PvP Testers!

Hi guys,

With 1.8 we started offering a variety of titles that can be earned through participating in PTS events and helping us test new features.

Update 1.9 is upon us, and as we usher in a new age of 3 Faction PvP action with Conquest, we've gone even further in creating a title for those who were assisting us in testing PvP features on the PTS. We even threw up a thread and let you guys give your suggestions as to what title you would like to see.

The sheer number of amazing titles given nearly overwhelmed us, but it's the moment you have been waiting for. We've taken a look at all of each and every name suggested in that thread, and the devs' votes are in.

The PvP testing title is (drum roll please): the Disposable Hero

We want to thank everyone for the hard work you've put in to make sure that Conquest is the amazing new PvP feature that it is. We couldn't have done it without you.

Update 1.9 is coming next week. With it comes not only Conquest, but barbershops, Mentoring, a new world event, and much more. Visit the Update 1.9 features page for more info.

Titles will be awarded AFTER Update 1.9 goes live. In general we expect around 1 to 2 weeks turn around time before the titles are awarded since these titles will be hand granted to your account by a developer.

So how are you guys going to compensate for always scheduling testing while I'm raiding

Will this get awarded based on time spent during the play tests, or accounts that logged into the PTS during the last few weeks? I hope the latter.

What variables are you guys going off of for awarding them? I only ask because I have only been able to go to one (the first one) test of Conquest as the others were around raiding time.

Does it apply to the very first conquest testing?

i tested conquest alot kinda evryday around 2-3 hours when i was on but i didnt send in any feedback about it will i still get a title?
