Nice find.Yea, if you hover your mouse in the area in-between the synergy crystal and the right-most lesser essence slot, it says Cape.

This may well be bogus as the "cape " word is where the synergy crystal goes.
Check on PTS. The tooltip appears next to the Synergy Crystal, yes; but it appears after you hover over the point in-between the synergy crystal slot and lesser essence slot.
Try on Live. Say you have a two-handed weapon. Hover over the empty off-hand slot. The "Off hand" tooltip appears in the one-handed/two-handed slot.

They may allow custom Guild banners that are comprised of a preset number of symbols. I'd like to see a system like the banner system in Diablo 3 where you can mix and match the symbols, colors and patters, as well as have certain emblems be unlocked for completing certain achievements as a guild.
I won't be excited until I can get a cape with a big S on the back.
