Seems the 1.7 mage itemization discussion is giving results

- HK epic boots have the same SP/crit than the Matron ones. Relic ones are clearly BiS now!
- Maddening Flame (Estrode Wand) is now the best non-relic HK wand for mages
- Captured Tsunami is still way worse than the "cleric staff", any chance to see this one get an update before 1.8 goes live?

And if anyone found other updated items, feel free to complete that list.

Nice to see that I can take my Relic boots and Maddening Flame from my bank and start wearing them instead of the Matron boots and Soothsayer's wand.

Hopefully they make the staff best in slot for Mage's too rather than us wanting the Cleric staff >.>

I hope they simply balance Tsunami to be sp equal to Whispers. Would be shame if people that spent their dkp or other type of loot opportunity on "cleric" staff would be forced to do it again, cause of itemization issues. Yes, that includes me -.-

Ive passed on maddening flame so many times now.. from a personal pov "FFS" but for mages worlwide good and necessary change. Boots os definitely welcome news!
