    Default Justicar Changes Currently On PTS

    • Stalwart Citadel: Now adds 30-90% of your Wisdom to Block.
    • Devout Deflection: Now adds 25-75% of your Wisdom to Parry and 25-75% of your Intelligence to Dodge.
    • Sovereignty: Now deals Life damage and stuns the enemy for 2 seconds.
    • Supremacy: Now reduces Physical damage taken by 9-18%.
    • Thorvin's Law: Now causes Mien of Leadership to reduce non-Physical damage taken by 2-4% plus an additional 1.2% per point spent in Justicar above 26. No longer has an additional Spell damage reduction.

    Wish i had my stat sheet with me at work.

    I'm interested to see what my avoidance would be. This makes spellpower enchants completely moot now. It also removes our requirement on weapon upgrades. also powerstones are useless for us (Mitigation wise)

    My stat changes, self buffed no powerstone

    Code:
    	Before:	After:
    Dodge:	624	320
    Parry:	835	455
    Block:	843	1030

    Seems they are cutting a bit much on avoidance with much less gain in mitigation. Also that 1030 mitigation puts me at 46.50% chance and 58.82% reduction meaning that I will be pretty close to hard cap on block with raid buffs, thus most likely reducing the value of block.

    Justicars still suffer from lack of HP scaling.

    *Consumables, vials, banners, buffs, 60PA Endurance, etc
    do not scale with Mien of leadership.

    Would be great to have mien of leadership scale HP rather than item endurance to match warrior's gift health scaling from the above list of post-equipment mods.

    So....

    Strenght stays as a stronger stat for the justicar than wisdom, which I guess we should be glad as we have strenght lessers all over the place by now.

    If I have followed the worries on large unmitigated big hits, warriors on dual umitigated physical hits have over 50% reducition and this moves us to somewhere near 36%?

    The taking Justicar build moves to a must have 51 just, 3 shammy, 7 purfier....

    Killing SP out of our mitigation, does this then mean we should be rolling on str maces over wisdom as its a better mitigation stat? As the dex on the weapon will over come the int loss?

    Alll and all, its looks like a fast fix, one that shows that our patch has started, however it has a long way to go....

    Thoughts?

    Do you have those with %-ages? Also what is your Armor (which should be the same)

    Our cleric has nearly 20k HP, same level geared warrior in our raid is at 20k hp... so a bit less than 1k hp apart. Unless we talking 100% HK relics on each respective player, i don't see the problem (they both in 6-7 HP pieces, all hk accessories, weapons, bis sigils, etc,

    Aside from any qualms with hp scaling people may have... this mitigation buff looks REALLY promising!
    I cannot wait to see what tested #s turn out to be, magic dmg mitigation and block look like the biggest boosts! wow.

    EDIT: Perhaps a bit lesser avoidance is to offset the large block & mitigation buffs that were given. Not sure if they felt it was too OP along with the current avoidance level, perhaps... idk :P

    Puddn and I are full relics (I'm just missing weapon) and he has me beat by about 2k. I have full T1 PA Endurance but nothing in T2 Endurance, but dont think that would cause the discrepency

    That's impressive! With a half-dozen relics and faction runes and 45 Endurance PAs, I'm poking the bottom of 19000 to our warrior's 21000. I must be doing something terribly wrong!
