for me as a cleric wisdom is not converted to spellpower. (took a 500 sp dip on pts)
and warriors and/or rouges? seem to have more sp than ap now![]()

Defiantly something is up, while gear gives AP/SP and buffs as well. Unbuffed folks are in the sub 200 AP range. Not just a visual or UI issue as well, damages and heals are much lower.

I for one welcome our new bard overlords...

Not intended change. We didn't request a full QA pass on the build that went up to PTS today because we wanted feedback on other changes over the weekend - and its PTS.
This isn't intended and won't go "live". It will likely be this way on PTS for the weekend.
Sorry folks.
I hate to be "that guy" Daglar - but this does make real testing pretty um, useless in a lot of ways for the weekend.
How tough are the new Chronicles? No idea, since our dps and healing is significantly different than what it will be for real.
Testing dps/heal changes for all classes? Pointless right now, can't give real feedback since the numbers are all screwed up.
Testing pvp? Ok, can test the new accolades thing, but that's all.
Planar Advancement/Attunement - ok, sure, that's testable, somewhat, although you can't get a real feel for how important the individual contributions will be for stat increases/dps increases etc, since everything is skewed.
Revert the latest push, fix it, or just accept that all data on the PTS right now is fairly meaningless this weekend.
lol if they leave in the str/dex scaling the rogues have now (.5 and .5), even after all the ****ing changes they made, rogues will still lose dps compared to the changes they made. do they even think about **** before doing it?
I was wondering why this wasn't a smaller tweak. It's time to not be lazy and have stats affect each calling individually. I absolutely, 100% agree that warriors should get 50%ap and 50% crit from dex AND strength. This is something that would make their strength-heavy gear valuable for them.
Rogues, however, absolutely do NOT need this change of stat mechanism. We are dex heavy and need our 50%ap from dex and strength, 100% crit from dex. We don't have strength gear. We shouldn't have strength gear, because then warriors will want it again.
Please think this process over. Stop changing 4 variables at once. Put a patch through with midification to the class. Then and only then, start working on a SECOND patch to address any changes you want to make to main stats. Do not be silly and lop a dozen core changes into one huge event.
Dude. It wasn't intended. Dev already said, this won't go live. They did a quick patch to test some other things they were working on.
I try to keep a positive attitude as best possible on these forums, but damnit the devs are amazing, I'd be ban hammering all of the idiots on here super fast.
The mess up sucks but it's not the end of the world. Calm down gentleman![]()
