Anyone know where I can find the patch notes for the PTS?

Ok so yesterday I updated my pts client, copied my 50s over, and logged into pts to find...nothing. No characters. Tried to copy them again, and it told me my names were taken. So i waited a day. Still no characters, and now I can't copy at all. Soooo...that's 2 PTS events I'm gonna miss now...wth would like to test stuff but....

I already have a 50 on the test shard but wanted to copy over my mage but unfortunately the button is grayed out, cant you do a transfer when there's an event in progress or something?

How are we supposed to out of the starting area with the quest rift broken =/

Why are you even even using currency on the PTS? How can we test the Blighted Ranger Crystal with my Durne's armor set, if we cannot buy the armor or the crystals?

And it is nice to get the R8 gear, but your toon is only R6 if you create a new one (if at all) and "copy to PTS" isn't available to get the main over to PTS ... perfect conditions to test, right?

Tried to copy a character to the PTS but the button "Copy to PTS" is grayed out, is this because of the event that is/was running today?


Is the button currently grayed out for anyone else?


If others cannot currently transfer because of this issue, any clue If/When the transfer option will be re-enabled?

It would be awesome to get some kind of response about this. Like others, I have tried pretty much all day. As it is now, you can't copy characters from live to the PTS, and if you create a character on the PTS, you can't get out of the starting zone. I tested on both Guardian and Defiant, you can't get out of either one. Kinda frustrating... hopefully something is done about it at some point.

Just an update for anyone else who is having a hard time with the PTS...

There is, right in front of where a newly created character spawns, an NPC called "Fluffy" which will teleport you to Sanctum/Meridian. I'm reasonably sure that Fluffy wasn't working for a while there, because... well, I would feel stupid otherwise.

Anyway, once you teleport, there are all kinds of NPCs to help you get leveled/geared. Enjoy!

Also once in Sanctum (not sure about Definants) you should talk to Fluffy again before talking to the human. Fluffy gives a more complete leveling quest that includes PvP, all your souls, 500 plat, and mounts. The human only gives level 50 + 100 plat.

After talking with Fluffy and doing his quest, you can do the human's to get more exp and level your AA a bit.

For Trion: I'd suggest removing the human. Especially since if you talk to the human first, you CANNOT get the quest from Fluffy so you have to reroll.
Or, (if there's a dev reason for having the ability to get to lvl 50 w/o PvP, etc.) making 2 quests from the same toon.

It'd be helpful right now while transfers are disabled.

As others report, the Copy to PTS button is greyed out for me. My PTR client is fully updated, and I tried to select other characters to see if they can be transfered, but they can't either.

Any solution to this issue yet? I'd really like to get in

Just like everyone else I'm sitting around with a fully patched PTS client and unable to actually test the new content because the "Copy To PTS" button in my transfer page is greyed out.

Both PTS shards are up, I can get into everything else, but can't copy a character over.

Sort of defeats the purpose of bringing the test shards up, now doesn't it?
