GENERAL
* Call of the Ascended now correctly consumes 3 Planar Charges instead of all current charges.
* You can now turn in Moted Life collections and receive your rewards!
* Fixed a bug introduced with 1.5 that allowed the effects from Necrotic Rage to stack up to three times.
* Players can now enter a Chronicle as a raid, assuming the total number of characters in the raid meets the chronicle size limits.
* Soulrender Zilas' minions no longer reward experience.
* Veteran Reward achievements and items no longer count as shard firsts.
* Players with characters on Trial shards will be able to see and log in to those shards again!

Also calling out an additional note that should have been part of the 1.5 patch notes:
* Hammerknell - Swarmer mobs in population groups no longer drop loot or grant XP.
