* Updated Zilas' minion spawns so there is less variance in the Mage spawns.

* Runeburst Umbral updates:
- Torment has new visual effects showing the range of its AoE grasp.
- Torment's damage has been reduced and the snare effect has been removed.
- Dark Fear has a longer casting time.

* Estrode:
- Binding Will: Now begins by affecting 3 targets, down from 5.

* Matron Zamira:
- Hideous Blast: Can no longer be resisted.
- Scowling Shade: Slightly reduced hit points.

* Akylios:
- Jornaru will prefer to not cast Orb of Suffocation on players affected by Mind Decay.
- Mind Decay: Should no longer cause a lag-hitch when removed.
- Writhing Regeneration: Can no longer critically hit.
- Cerebral Bore: Redesigned to simplify this ability.
