Trion already stated there would be more promo's. so I expect you can see another promo concerning Storm Legion before launch.

The 2 items(mount+title) are part of the pre-purchase of Storm Legion. Meaning those who will pre-purchase Storm Legion before launch, will get both items(no matter what promo you use).
at least that is what I understand of it .

People should accept that a promo is what it is: a promo
You cant expect to get a promo(your very cheap 1year sub, for example), and get benefits from another promo with it. its not how the world works. IF the mount + Title are the benefit for this promo only, then you are simple not entitled to it, and should not get it. Period.
If the mount+title are indeed, like I think, part of the pre-purchase promo, you will get them when you pre-order Storm Legion(with whatever promo you may do that)

Count me another player that just re-upped for a year (July 31st). Customer Support says Too Bad (in a nice way, of course). In the long list of MMOs I've played, it's the first time I've paid for anything but monthly. One of those Murphy's law lessons I guess.

I'm not spending a year more sub when my renew is cheaper. 170+ days or so left. I think quite a few others have paid a year and no other deals. Make it more worth while to make my sub be 500+ days. If I can pay my renew amount I'd prolly be more opt. $118 vs 108 renew.

I cannot see how this deal is more expensive you are getting an expansion pack that is normally worth £30 - £40 pounds sterling, ($45 - $60 US dollars) (€40 - €50) for free with a years subscription.

If you read any games magazines or websites its the best deal ever.

I've only been playing Rift for about four days and just watched the boss battle from the new expansion and omg it looks sooooooooo awesome!

I have also done the guild wars 2 beta and I think this mmo is the only mmo I will be playing besides that game.

You can tell the devs for Rift want the community to have fun and that makes me enjoy the game even more.

I bought a year sub on 7/20 to far out from what I have read from the promo... so I have over 10 months left on my sub and they want me to buy another year for the promo that is almost 2 yrs of game play.. what happens if I get tired of the game in 14 months... are they gonna give me back my money they already took? I don't think so because the refund date will already be long past.... so will they give me my money back for the new 1 yrs sub... nope it acts like a game card that refun date will be long past... so really they are trying to make me pay 240 bucks with in 2 months for 2 yrs of a game that I may or may not get tired of in that time and be out who knows how much money.... That is not right nore fair to ppl that just got 1 yrs subs recently. 14 days is not a good length of time when your talking 12 month subs and it isn't like they are being hurt by including ppl that are more then 14 days into thier subs as long as it isn't like 3 months into the sub. which basically means they are just gonna PO ppl that feel they got screwed on the deal as I do.

Well, this is a fairly useless deal for some of us.

My current 1-year subscription goes for EUR79.00, while this "deal" costs EUR107.88.

That means I have to pay EUR28.88, or $32 on top of my regular subscription. And you want me to commit to a whole extra year before my current 1-year plan is up?

Yeah, not going to happen unless you give me a *real* good reason to why I couldn't possibly find a different game to play before 1½ years are up. I don't think marketing really thought this one through before slapping loyal customers in the face with it. (which the site does when you visit it, btw.)
