    Exclamation ** Upcoming NA Region Update - 11:00am PDT 8/14/12 **

    Good morning!

    Looks like we're targeting an 11:00am PDT update to the NA region shards this morning. The estimated downtime is ** 30 minutes **.

    Patch notes will be updated!

    And of course, I'll be here during the downtime with status updates.
