    Exclamation ** Upcoming NA Region Update - 8:00am PDT 7/27/12 **

    Good evening!

    The NA region shards will be coming down for the update to 1.9 hotfix #11 at 8:00am PDT tomorrow, 7/27/12. The estimated downtime is ** 30 minutes **.

    Patch notes will be updated and have already been posted here on the forums.

    I'll be back tomorrow morning with status updates during the downtime!

    Added note - there's something wonky with the downtime broadcast notifications which were set up to go off this morning prior to the NA downtime and apparently did not, based on the number of reports I'm seeing. We're not expecting people to have to check external sources for downtimes - these will be fixed!
