Good afternoon!
The EU region shards will be coming down for 1.9 hotfix #7 at 1:00am GMT [2:00am BST], 13/7/12. Estimated downtime is ** 30 minutes **!
Patch notes will be updated and have already been posted in English here on the forums. After this hotfix, EU players waiting for Armored White War Tiger mounts should also have them delivered.
