The NA region shards will be coming down for a quick update today, 5/2/12, at 8:00am PDT. The estimated downtime is ** 30 minutes. **

Update 9:00AM PDT - We're investigating an issue in which you may get stuck loading the game at 91%, we'll continue to provide updates below as this issue is resolved. Thanks!
