    Exclamation ** Europe Server Bounce Complete at 2:13 GMT [6:13pm PST] **

    Good evening, Rifters!

    The European servers will be going through a bounce/restart at 2:00am GMT [6:00pm PST] to set some new server performance tweaks.

    The estimated downtime for the full restart is ** 15 minutes ** although these usually end up closer to 10 minutes.

    EDIT: 6:12pm PST / 2:12 GMT
    Servers are unlocking now.
