My first MMO was Runescape that a friend of mine introduced to me when we were at school, and after that my next MMO was World of Warcraft that me and another friend of mine had preorder and we started playing it the first day it came out and this was my first real MMO that i started playing serious. I think we homesicked from school 2 weeks or something when we first got it, and both of us was realy new into RPG games and had no realy clue what to do, we mostly ran around (Without quests and knowledge of what to do) randomly killing mobs and exploring and we both loved it. I was playing a Druid and my friend was a Rogue, and the funny thing was he as a rogue wanted all the intelligence/spirit gear and i took ye i dont know whatever didnt have int/spirit on them since none of us had a clue of what was good for us.
The time for us to reach 60 was insanely long time to go and we both played atleast 6 hours a day and whole weekends, but i think around level 20-30 something we realised that we should stay and complete quests in the npcs camps and that speeded up the level quite abit. And i think none of us realy did train for new skills when we could gotten them as we had no idea in the beginning where to go and the talents was just a mess and all points in one tree.
But since WoW released i spended all my spare time infront of the computer, After a month orso when my Druid had reached 60 i made a new character a Paladin and i continued making new characters and had a total of 8 lvl 60s before TBC was released. And my Priest was servers first level 60 and my Warrior was server first High Warlord. But then after a month of TBC i reached 70 and bought epic flying and did some instances and i then stoped playing WoW since TBC ruined the game. But i never stoped for real, i was still playing on a "private" server untill wotlk came. So i then started again when WOTLK came out and got bored after killing Lich King a couple of times and i have now sold my account for around 2 months ago.
But i also did play Vanguard on the day that released as a Warrior but i got nerfed after a while or so? and they removed some of my dps abilitys orso i cant realy remember what happend but something wich made me stop playing it.
I played the beta of Warhammer and then started with Warhammer the day of the release as a Witch Elf and played it alot aswell and was around 1-10 of server first to reach max level, it was boring i didnt realy have much todo since it was kinda lonely at high level, me and my brother tryed to solo some stuffs but then we made new characters and pvped much, made some dungeons with our main characters. But then we stoped playing.
And i started playing Lord of the Rings online beta and continued the day it released as a Hunter but i never reached max level, i was playing alone and never meet any friends and it got lonely at the end and i quited.
And when Age of Conan was announced i was realy excited and when i got into beta i got so sad since it was running so badly on my computer so i never started with AoC.
I also played beta of Aion and then played it for a while when it was released, but never got any huge time spender.
I have played many free to play mmo's aswell such as Allods, Flyff, Perfect World, BoI, Runes of Magic, Cabal and many others.
Theres most likely some MMO that i have missed to mention aswell.
And right now i dont play any MMO im just doing Battlefield: Bad Company 2 untill Rift comes out.
