    The water elementals in mmDD apply a debuff that causes attacks to miss. This is also causes Precept of Refuge to miss as well, even though the tool tip says it cannot miss.

    The "Tear's Of Maelforge" that spawn during Scarns air phase in mmDD, also do not act properly toward healing threat.

    example:
    bunch of adds appear, they all start attacking a cleric dps (hes running inquisitor), theres 5 of them, so I cleave the few near me to get some reparation procs to tag the un damaged adds, but they keep chasing him, so I spam DoL 4 times, each time I see DoL healing him from the damage hes taking. Mob still don't budge, and he hasn't attacked them (hes attacking scarn). So I use Rebuke, they start moving towards me, I start casting DoL 2 times. When Rebuke ends, the mobs immediately return to attacking the cleric.

    Posting this here cause I realized there is a "Cleric Bug" forum, after I posted this on the PTS forums sry for double post though Z-

    Zinbik,

    I've had some issues with Mien of Leadership since 1.6. When I log-on with MoL still on from the last log-in, & I hop in a dungeon, MoL does not seem to be in effect until I re-apply it, even though it shows up on my buffs. Could you check into this? I know I'm not the only one that has had this weird/freak occurance since I came across a thread once with this same/similer issue.

    Healing Flood, you usually need to wait a second after pressing this before taking another action for it to show up as a buff and be able to track it's duration. If you use any macro (even if a no gcd skill isn't available) in approximately the second following healing flood it often won't create a duration icon for healing flood in your buff area.

    cast [notactive] Vengeance of the Winter Storm is bugged, and casts regardless if the buff is active or not.

    Can you explain to me how

    Favored of the Valnir
    Increases the duration of Lightning by 4s. Its damage increases with each additional interval.


    Works with Rogue Pvp-PA that reduces dot duration by 25%?

    I haven't tested this but does it with the shortened duration make the increased dot ticks occur earlier in the shortened duration or are the lost?

    Actual bug~ I know, seeing one of these in here is wierd.

    When Enflamed Rejuvenation procs, it updates the tool-tip for Healing blessing. If you cast healing blessing, you will get said increase, but it does not consume the Enflamed Rejuvenation proc.
    You can then proceed to consume it on the next heal, reaping the benefit twice ( although I don't know why anyone would ever cast Healing Blessing).

    This also happens with "Latent Blaze", just checked. Gains effect, no consumption.

    Cabalist is still bugged.....

    Casting an ability that uses decay right after a decay is generated consumes the decay but does not do the corresponding damage. Happens frequently when farming mobs.

    All armors in Inq can be purged off and they should be changed to function like the bearings from the warriors champion soul (Unpurgeable) since they are a huge part of the souls mechanic/function and not be purgeable..

    Default Sharing Coolodowns?

    It seems that the battle resses from Sentinel, Purifier, and Warden are all sharing a cooldown. Either that or that their using the same image is really messing with the macro.



    I used Life's Return in another spec, and when I switched to 51 warden my River of Life macro was on cooldown while the actual ability clearly is not. This strongly affects using the #show command in a macro to know when the ability is off cooldown.

    Hey, don't know if this has been mentioned yet. Just tested the 10% increase in healing passive in justicar soul and it doesn't appear to be working. Healing breath from guildie was hitting me for exactly the same as it was the dummy. Pretty sure that wasn't intended.

    I just tested this and you are correct it grants 0 additional healing at 5% and even at 10% when used on yourself..

    I tested with healing breath with healers creed at 5% and 10% and gained 0 additional healing...

    Also found the same problem. Some guy made a thread about it and nobody except me responded. I'm starting to think I'm just seeing things. I tested all my self heals on myself and none of them healed me for more when I trained healers creed.
