Chat is currently brokered by a process that's shared by the entire warfront cluster. So it would require a bunch of rejigging things to isolate a change this to RP servers.If we make something more better, it makes sense to do that for all servers. Even when it's an improvement or feature that is more pronounced on an RP or PvP server.
