Hey just just wanted to pop in and apologize. This patch note is in error, the damage on Cadence hasn't been changed, nor has the healing via Invigorated Soul. If you actually look at the values of Live vs Test you'll find they're the same. Once again sorry for the mistake and hope you're looking forward to the new changes.
