Like Pyro's Countdown, Frozen Wrath does get grayed out when already on a target, so it doesn't get cast again as long as it's active.

They did refund me within 4 days of me asking for the refund the support had offered when I first opened the ticket. I did not want a refund at that time since I wanted to skip stuff in BPS2 ... but...

Obvious solution (not sure if easy): Query, if account finished BP Season 1. Query if account was Patron during the time. If both yes, make bundle with Account bound items, send to character.
