I think ~ 6-7k static HP (by going Justicar) is far more reliable than relying on a 30s shield (OGCD or not.) Tell me more about this "every attention paying DD wants to destroy you" bit....

61 Sent / 10 Justi / 5 Puri You don't need any of the passives beyond 10% Wisdom from Purifier (and to grab Healing Flare.) Endurance is king for PVP, and you can grab 10% Wisdom from Justicar.
