what amuses me is people make fun of me for paying a sub for WoW and buying the $60 expac if you buy the soul pack and the $150 NT pack you just spent more than I did on my next years worth of MMO...

you can jump from the stone pillars onto the platform with the lever but I had to use a 150% mount and riding chaps to make it. from there you can complete the puzzle without having to move again...

NO, and it has been bugged like this forever, I remember reporting it several times in storm legion beta when I was testing out harbinger and over a year later it still does not function correctly
