Actually no, Runeshaper is (or originally was) intended as a support soul. It will continue being a dps soul however, as long as Trion doesn't fix the soul balancing of all the problem souls...

Ok so at lvl 49 the last boss of CC doesn't oneshot or get you down to 2 HP anymore? Cause I find that encounter impossible to heal as a Cleric healer at lvl 48. I welcome any suggestions though,...

It's always been like that between lvl40-lvl50 though, I don't think there really needs to be any change, an increase is ofc always welcome though :^) Just run some dungeons, that should help out...
