The NA region shards will be coming down to receive 1.3 hotfix #13 tomorrow morning [7/26/11] at 8:00am PDT. The estimated downtime is ** 1 hour **.

The above shards will remain down for a bit yet while we do some back-end tests on them. The remaining shards are currently locked, pending final checks.

Got engineers looking at the errorhandler crash error right now.

Since the runtime error on Rifterrorhandler.exe does not actually prevent the game from loading up, we're going to continue with the downtime as planned. A fix will be coming later today.

The shards listed above remain down for backend testing but all other NA shards are unlocking now.

Edit:
If you do receive the runtime error, you're safe to close it and play. Things may look messy if you do experience a crash later while playing (since the errorhandler's main job is to try and recover things smoothly).
