While I fully understand why this was put and place, and have seen the scaling down to the current 50-0% range, I'm more or less just worried about the QoL of newer players who do not yet have soul packs.

My suggestion would be to change it to "reduces non life and death damage by x" as it would manage to keep harb hybrid dps in check (As the majority of it's st damage is air), while still allowing for necro and warlock hybrids as viable leveling specs for newcomers.

I'm not sure how things are currently set up, and thus how easy it would be from a development perspective, but as far as I can see it'd be the easiest change that would prevent discouraging aspiring mages who are new to the community.

It may not be a perfect suggestion, but I'd really rather avoid making things more difficult for any incoming players.
