Only bad teams need high prerequisites to compensate for low potency.
They're never going to design the game so that you lose if you don't and you win if you do. If you lose without it, you'd lose with it, and if you win with it, you'd win without it.
It's in your head. Ignore the voice in your head telling you to require PA levels and PVP grinding for PVE, and things will be fine.
Trion is giving you the option to choose poorly, and you're choosing poorly. Don't require it. Just forget it and go on.
You can't ask Trion to remove every decision that you indicate you're about to get wrong, to make things right.
Just make it right in the first place.

Many people are discussing adding valor to pve gear. I don't know if that is quite the same.
+hit on pvp weapons is just a bad decision. Period.
There are many easy fixes that could be done that would leave all players satisfied.
+hit like stat called +accuracy or something that acts as +hit in only pvp
Passive +hit added in warfronts
Reduction of dodge/parry/block/deflect chance in pvp so that +hit is not useful in pvp
Adding +hit to the synergy crystal instead of weapons.
The only problem lies in PvE'ers wanting to use PvP gear as a shortcut to content. This is not a requirement, it is an option, one that even WoW removed. So let's stop saying that Trion is making life hard for raiders by having desirable PvP gear. Trion has catered to the PvE crowd time and time again, just so they can maintain their collective PvEpeen. How many PvP servers are left? Enough is enough, make PvP gear BiS for PvP or remove PvE gear from WF's and conquest.

If you only want pvp gear for pvp purposes then you don't need +hit on pvp gear.
There are several serious options on the table we could be discussing ,but so far the pvp players posting in this thread don't seem concerned about those. They just seem to have some secret agenda like fates said to be better in pve or skip raid tiers or whatever. It's pathetic.
I could really care less about pve gear in pvp. This thread is about pvp gear in pve. Please refrain from posting about different topics.
